No Refund Policy
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.
Event Cancellation
In the unlikely event that the event is cancelled by the organizers: Refunds will be issued for the face value of the ticket only. Service fees, payment processing charges, and third-party fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
Event Postponement / Rescheduling
If the event is postponed or rescheduled: All tickets will remain valid for the new date. No refunds will be issued due to date changes.
Changes to Event Details
Lineup, performers, schedule, or venue details are subject to change. Such changes do not qualify for a refund.
Failure to Attend
No refunds will be issued if: You are unable to attend the event; You arrive late; or entry is denied due to non-compliance with event or venue rules.
Duplicate / Fraudulent Purchases
Lost, stolen, or duplicated tickets will not be refunded or replaced. Any fraudulent transactions will be subject to investigation and may be voided.
Force Majeure
No refunds will be issued for cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, or acts of God.
Chargebacks & Disputes
By purchasing tickets, you agree not to initiate chargebacks without contacting us first. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in ticket cancellation or restriction from future purchases.
